Products must be in new condition and include the original parts and packaging.<\/p>\n<h2>Before Sending a Return<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:contact@animaldesigns.ca\">contact@animaldesigns.ca<\/a> with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not mail a product before receiving return instructions.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Condition<\/h2>\n<p>Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. We recommend using tracked shipping and packing the product carefully.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping and Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>The customer is responsible for return shipping. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. After the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n<p>Contact us before returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Verified product defects are handled separately under the <a href=\"\/warranty.html\">5-year limited warranty<\/a>.
