By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n<h2>Product and Compatibility<\/h2>\n<p>Smart Wiper is designed for the compatible Can-Am Defender models identified on our compatibility page. The purchaser is responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility and following the supplied installation instructions. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; minor production and appearance changes may occur without reducing intended function.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing, Taxes, and Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Orders must be paid through the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and Animal Designs issues an order confirmation.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>Smart Wiper currently ships within Canada for a flat rate of $15 CAD and to the United States for a flat rate of $39.99 CAD. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers ordering outside Canada are responsible for any import duties, brokerage charges, or local taxes not collected at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns and Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our <a href=\"\/store\/refund_returns\/\">Return Policy<\/a>. Smart Wiper is also covered by the applicable <a href=\"\/warranty.html\">5-year limited warranty<\/a>. Return rights and warranty remedies are separate.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation and Use<\/h2>\n<p>Installation must be completed using the published instructions and suitable tools and practices. Do not use a damaged, modified, incorrectly wired, or improperly sealed product. Vehicle operation and windshield visibility remain the operator&#8217;s responsibility. Stop using the product and contact Animal Designs if abnormal operation or damage is observed.<\/p>\n<h2>Limitation and Applicable Rights<\/h2>\n<p>To the extent permitted by law, Animal Designs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, labour, removal, installation, downtime, vehicle damage caused by improper installation or external faults, or use outside the product&#8217;s intended application.
