Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process

- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item, including all original components, manuals, and accessories. Clearly label the package with the RAN.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
