Unused and uninstalled Smart Wiper products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition and include the original parts and packaging.
Before Sending a Return
Email contact@animaldesigns.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not mail a product before receiving return instructions.
Return Condition
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. We recommend using tracked shipping and packing the product carefully.
Shipping and Refunds
The customer is responsible for return shipping. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. After the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Contact us before returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Verified product defects are handled separately under the 5-year limited warranty. When Animal Designs confirms that an error occurred before delivery, we will provide the appropriate replacement, remedy, or return instructions.
